Estimate Your Event
Every event is different, but you shouldn't have to send an email and wait just to find out if we're in your budget. Our cost estimator gives you a rough idea of what it costs to bring Set N Stone to your wedding, party or community event. Tell us the date, the location and a few details, and you'll have a ballpark number in about a minute.
Think of it as a starting point, not a final price. There may be options that aren't listed here, and the details of your event can move the number up or down. If it looks close to what you had in mind, send it over and one of us will reach out to talk it through and put together an exact quote.
This is an estimate, not a quote. The figure shown is a rough guide based on the details you entered. It is not an offer or a booking, and it does not hold your date. Final pricing depends on your event's schedule, location and needs, and may differ from the estimate. Travel, hotel and premium-date charges are approximate until confirmed.
Booking. A date is only reserved once a written agreement is signed by both parties and a non-refundable deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Any changes after signing must be agreed to in writing.
Cancelling or rescheduling. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. Cancelling less than 14 days before the event requires payment of half the remaining balance, and cancelling within 48 hours requires the full remaining balance. If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a new date at Set N Stone's discretion and subject to availability.
Special song requests. Requested songs must be playable by a five-piece band. We'll let you know if a song won't work.
Your venue. You are responsible for confirming that the venue can provide the space, power and access a live band needs, and for providing a safe place to perform. Some venues have their own requirements, and we're happy to work with them directly.
Illness. If a band member is too ill to perform, Set N Stone will decide whether the band can go on. If it can't, at least one member will be available to provide DJ and emcee services at a reduced fee, with any difference refunded.
Severe weather. We perform as scheduled in normal conditions, including winter. In the rare case of severe weather or unsafe travel, we may need to adjust the performance, switch to DJ services at a reduced fee, or cancel. If we have to cancel entirely, your deposit is refunded and no balance is owed.
Liability. Set N Stone is not responsible for damage to venue property or injury to any person unless caused by the band's negligence, and is not responsible for claims arising from venue conditions, guest behavior or equipment the band did not provide.
The signed agreement for your event contains the complete terms and takes priority over anything on this page.
